"Guess How I'm Feeling" covers eight common, basic feelings. The book contains activities to help young children recognize where emotions are manifested in their bodies, how thoughts can be at the origin of feelings, and how to change those thoughts to change feelings. Please note that the book is intended to be a tool for those looking for activities and exercises for children -- it does not go into detail about each emotion -- it just has activities to enhance what is being taught by a facilitator, so guidance is needed as the child works through the book. The author/illustrator has given permission to photocopy the worksheets in the book for educational/classroom use. Permission is stamped on each page individually.
