Gritch is your everyday half-daemon, half-faerie. He just happens to be the heir to the most powerful daemon empire in the underworld. Okay, he's not the most evil of daemons - except to his brother (and we know brothers don't count) - but that has never really bothered him, not that is until the day his father sends him on a mighty quest to prove himself - a quest to stop a group of knights from rescuing a magically sleeping princess and free her slumbering kingdom.
