Ski slopes are usually fun---not today. Thousands of skiers have come to Graystone Ski Resort to enjoy a beautiful day on the slopes, unaware that a dangerous toxin has been accidentally released on the mountain. Those affected begin to fight and attack one another, with no awareness of their actions. Hopeful for a remedy to the horrific scene, Jacob and his newfound friends, Randi and Ben, race to find a solution to help the hundreds of people caught in the invisible trap, including their friends. But their efforts and lives are immediately put in jeopardy when they encounter the thieves who are also after the deadly toxin His life seemingly stagnated and at a dead end, Jacob Ericson takes a ski day to get away from the mundane. Many doubts cloud his thoughts as he wrestles with issues of his own personal faith.
