Volume 12 includes articles on Gustav Arthur Gräser, Oskar Maria Graf, Günter Grass, Fritz Gross, Mimi Grossberg, George Grosz, or the journalist Alfred Grosser. In line with the encyclopaedia's broad definition of the term literature, information is also included on numerous specialists in their field, e.g. psychiatrist Otto Gross and medical scientist Georg Walter Groddeck.
