For Air Force 2nd LT Andy Newton, it was just another boring night at the Project NEO (Near Earth Orbit) tracking station at Kirtland Air Force Base. Every now and then, the tracking system monitoring the sky would "tag" a new target, but it was always just another piece of space junk. Space junk, however, doesn't change course, but when one piece suddenly does, Andy's curiosity leads him to an alien ship, a secret organization within the Department of Defense, a beautiful technician working for a defense contractor, and a turf war between two powerful Generals.
