It was probably the most controversial rugby league final of all time. It was definitely the most memorable. And out of the 1963 battle between St George and Western Suburbs came the photograph that has defined rugby league ever since, when the two mud-caked captains, Norm Provan and Arthur Summons, embraced in congratulations.
