A stranded boy, who unknowingly was once a unicorn, encounters a homeless man who has waited for the boy all his life in order to protect and awaken the last unicorn's powers to do battle against the Eternal Phoenix thus save the world of magic from the clutches of a Sorcerer Judge gone mad.
