The ROC Gang is back to handle some unfinished business with the Rich Kids, while BG and Papa C scheme on a way to free Haitian Jack from the grips of confinement. And they mean to do it by any means necessary. Also joining the ROC cast this go around is Gemo, BG's big cousin. Fresh out of the Federal penitentiary, Gemo is eager to get it how he lives but soon learns that in the midst of all of this a Hungarian dom is killed and three million dollars worth of diamonds are stolen, setting off a war that the streets of BadLand, Miami won't soon forget.
