The aim of this work is to demonstrate the characteristics of Generation Y and Z consumers in relation to banking products and services. It also aimed to quantify the customers in the individual portfolios of the HSBC Centro Ponta Grossa branch, according to generation. To analyse the characteristics of generations Y and Z, identifying which banking services can be improved to appeal more to these generations. And to propose improvements to the services provided by the banks.
