[Maria Boulding's] most recent and final book has been beautifully produced by the Roman Catholic printing house Burns and Oats...and is a worthy successor to her many other titles...this testimony has its own unique integrity, delivered with the authority of the monastic tradition that she had made her own.
Sister Maria writes intelligently, passionately and devotionally...This is not a book to be rushed. Each page has personally validated nuggets, which excite the heart, but then have to be slowly savoured, absorbed, lived.
This is a book full of realism and hope, scholarly but easy to read, and worth reading slowly.
