Notă biografică
Rua Fotiadis, geb. 1982, studierte Ost- und Südosteuropäische Geschichte und Serbistik / Kroatistik in Berlin, Zagreb und Thessaloniki. Als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin lehrt und forscht sie am Lehrstuhl für Südosteuropäische Geschichte der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Veröffentlichungen u. a.: Brotherhood and Unity at the Kitchen Table. Food in Socialist Yugoslavia (Mithg. 2019).
