Frank and Charlie is a story about Frank who is a bus driver in Minneapolis. Frank becomes a bit paranoid after realizing that what Charlie is telling him is true. There really are weird things going on in the world such as Chemtrails, and there is something different about his neighbors. Frank and Charlie take matters into their own hands and begin a strange journey into Frank's psychotic world.
