Frames

DCI Martha Lowe of the Cardiff CID, her two colleagues and a selected group of uniform officers, investigate two deaths in Cardiff Bay. The inquiry proves to be tortuous: varied factions within specific social frames exist. Eventually a complex picture, encompassing all, fits into one large frame with a subsequent positive conclusion.
