Hilarious, tragic, and bitingly real For years in the niche sport that is Norway's rugby league, Oslo's The Caps have been the national champions. The team has been held together by the patience and charisma of their Skipper, lafeta "Fek"Teo'. But the demand of work and ayoung family mean that Fek, as his wife puts it, doesn't have time 'to father these man-children. Thankfully Fek has the perfect replacement: Joseph "Hepa" Coyle, the new kid on the block that has raised the Trondheim Wolverines from obscurity into a national force. But Oslo isn't Trondheim, and chaos, resentment and apathy threaten to consume the colourful cast of players. Like all great comedies Forever Offside feels al too real, written with a fresh self-depreciating humour that is not afraid to probe the darker side of humanity.
