When Private Detective Danny Quinn sets out to find the driver who was involved in a hit and run accident in which his best friend died, he is gradually drawn into the secret world of international terrorism and drug smuggling which includes a plot to supply fake medicines to hospitals and pharmacies that will put patients wellbeing under threat. Danny quickly finds himself a race against time prevent the criminals and terrorists plans from unfolding and destroying democracy, as we know it.
