When a pizza franchisee's son overdoses he turns to Judd Brown, the iceman, to kill not the dealer. Not the kid who sold him the meth, but they the top man, the guy living in the mansion, the guy who's son would still graduate college. JB goes underground, posing as a homeless person, an urban outdoorsman, and documents the drug distribution top to bottom, but corrupt politicians stop his investigation, and after his friends start dying it's up to JB to bring the whole house of cards down.
