In Tokyo, private investigator Mia Mio and her partner Yuki are hired by a small-time punk rocker to follow and report back on a mystery rich kid. They quickly run afoul of an illicit business and the dangerous people who protect it. It will take help from a police superintendent for them to get any justice, and more than a little reckless insanity to survive.
