This is a collection designed to provide just the essentials in a small (6" by 9") paperback that can be thrown into a briefcase or purse for ready reference in court. This book is a good-faith attempt to accurately download and print the Florida Probate Rules and the Florida Probate Code. The downloads were done on January 2, 2014. The Probate Rules were downloaded from the Florida Bar Association's website, and the statutes were downloaded from the Online Sunshine website maintained by the Florida legislature.
