Oscar del Rivero is the chef-owner of Jaguar Restaurant in Miami’s Coconut Grove, where for over 20 years he has showcased the flavors of Latin America. Born in Mexico City, he trained at Johnson & Wales University and worked internationally before opening Jaguar, a neighborhood institution inspired by the strength and warmth of its namesake. His cooking reflects a deep respect for Latin traditions and fresh, local ingredients.
