Notă biografică

Michael Blackburn is a world champion sailor, Olympic medallist and coach to multiple gold medallists who has spent his career exploring what drives better sailing, smarter training and performance under pressure. Alongside his racing career, he pursued formal research into sailing performance, completing an Honours project on Laser (now ILCA) hiking before earning a PhD examining thought styles and endurance under pressure. He is currently Technical Director of the Australian Sailing Team.
