This book is the result of 7 years of research, interviews and the study of human nature as it applies to behaviour. It tries to explain the implications of social behaviour both appropriate and inappropriate on such things as families, behaviour at work, emotional traps, relationships and love. It also deals with finding an understanding of depression, suicide, spirituality and a brief guide to prescription medications.
One of the primary facets of understanding and improving our emotional outlook and behaviour is the basic human need for change both collectively and individually. Social behaviour is fundamental in friendships, personal relationships (including marriage) and employment relationships. Understanding ourselves and others has the potential to elevate self-esteem and enjoy each experience of every day as if each day were a gift.
