Amanda Townes has her life turned upside down in the space of two hours. She is "encouraged" to participate in the Presidential sponsored, "Trim the Fat," program. Amanda and the other participants are sent to a government run health facility. When they arrive, it's not as they expected and Amanda wonders if she's going to survive.
