Erin Fletter, a devoted wife and mother, and passionate advocate for the culinary arts, has dedicated her life to food. As co-owner of the internationally acclaimed Barolo Grill in Denver and founder of the celebrated children's cooking school Sticky Fingers Cooking (100,000 kids taught, and counting!), there's scarcely a moment in the day when Erin's not thinking about how people experience food.More than a dozen years ago, Erin established Sticky Fingers Cooking with one main goal: to share the joy of cooking with children.
