Notă biografică

Andrew Choo is a Professor of Law in the Faculty of Law at Monash University. He was previously a Professor of Law at City St George's, University of London, with which he remains affiliated as an Honorary Visiting Professor of Law. Andrew is a specialist in criminal evidence and procedure. His published work has been cited in judgments in the decisions of various appellate courts, including the UK Supreme Court, the Privy Council, the Supreme Court of Canada, the High Court of Australia, the New Zealand Supreme Court, and the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights. Andrew is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences of the UK. He is also a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Evidence and Proof.
