The law of evidence is a fascinating subject – from DNA profiling to opinions as evidence, to consideration of the accused's previous conduct, evidence is an amalgam of logic, common sense, philosophy and tactics. Evidence explains the fundamentals of the law of evidence and looks at the principles behind it.
