FBI profiler Pops is leading a manhunt against a serial killer. A pedophile is abducting, drugging, and abusing young girls before dumping their corpses. Pops runs a team based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, that is trying to catch the man responsible for the devastation of these young lives. Pops knows the killer is on a predictable schedule. He knows when to expect a new dead body but not how to stop the man behind the attacks. Tensions run high as Pops leads his team on the hunt for a killer.
