When the King of Dogs announces the opening of a brand-new Doggy Park, everyone is excited! There's just one problem. The king won't be seen with just any dog . . . they must have the PERFECT amount of wag in their tail, the BRIGHTEST shiny eyes and the most SNUFFLY of noses.

But his heart, the park doesn't feel quite how the King had hoped. Will one scruff-eared little mutt be able to show the King a kinder, more joyful way to live?
