David Ramiro Troitiño is Senior Researcher at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia; Director of the Jean Monnet Network on E-Governance and Digital Development ENDE, and holder of a Jean Monnet Chair on the Digital Development of the European Union.
Ondrej Hamuľák is Senior Researcher and Lecturer in EU Law at Palacký University Olomouc, Head of CLAiR, Czech Republic, and Adjunct Professor in Digital Constitutionalism at TalTech Law School, Estonia.
