Vikki Landreaux, a captive of the New Orleans voodoo cult gang known as the Night Creepers, escapes and decides to testify after they brutally murder her kid sister. U.S. Marshal James Jennings, now living in Nashville, Tennessee, is assigned to put her on ice until the trial.
