Intergalactic plumber Cardamon Webb returns to Warrensberg to enlist the help of Wilkin Delgado and Alice Jane Zelinski. All the fresh water is drying up, so they journey to the Other side of the universe on a quest to meet with the All and Everything and get the fresh water turned back on.
