"Energy Lines" is a collection of short stories that reflect on death by considering how the challenges of life are really the machinery that moves life along. In "Shadows of Life" a teenage girl losses her narcissism when she experiences the suicide death of a friend. "Cures" deals with the obsession of alternatives to what ails us and finally making the effort to jump in feet first and deal with the ills of the world.
