A deadly outbreak. An impossible infection. A secret buried beneath the desert.
Jason Price knows when to walk away.
A mysterious disease on a remote New Mexico ranch? Not his problem. A desperate plea from an old colleague? Not enough. But when Deanna Christianson, daughter of a powerful ranch owner, offers him a payday too good to ignore, the brilliant epidemiologist leaves his comfortable university life behind and heads into the American Southwest.
On Don Christianson's sprawling ranch, people are dying from an infection that should not exist-one that breaks every biological rule Price trusts.
The deeper he investigates, the more impossible the outbreak becomes.
Then the government takes notice.
Evidence vanishes. Threats surface. Official silence closes in. Someone knows what's buried in the desert, and they will kill to keep it hidden.
Set against the haunting landscape of New Mexico and the ancient presence of Ancestral Puebloan ruins, ENDTIME is a tense science fiction thriller about forbidden knowledge, buried history, and the terrifying moment when science reaches the edge of explanation.
Some infections spread. Some awaken.
