Esta fabula nos narra la historia de cuatro coquies que son removidos de su habitat y obligados a trabajar como atraccion en varios circos. El autor nos muestra a traves de estos coquies una historia similar a lo que ha sido la historia de Puerto Rico a traves de los anos. En esta historia, los coquies deben luchar por sobrevivir en un nuevo ambiente donde salen a relucir sus diferencias ideologicas, sus diferentes estilos de vida, sus defectos y virtudes. _______________________________________ This fable tells the story of four coquis removed from their habitat and forced to work as an attraction at several circuses. The author shows us through these coquis a history similar to what has been the history of Puerto Rico through the years. In this story, the coquis must struggle to survive in a new environment which brings to light their ideological differences, different lifestyles, their strengths and weaknesses."
