This is a cookbook of recipes from native plants that are indigenous to the North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy, adjacent to the Ivy Academy campus. Ivy Academy is an environmental science charter school in Soddy Daisy, TN. This cookbook was done as a senior project by student Beverly Bardin. It consists of recipes on how to use local plants. We hope it will enhance both your culinary skills and your appreciation for the environment.
