Philadelphia, P.A. 1972. Dylan Frazier has returned from the Vietnam War and finds himself employed in the only unlikely job that will have him-an insurance investigator. His hysterical on-the-job antics are challenged when he pokes around what appears to be a related series of unexplained deaths. With the help of his neighborhood pals that love nothing better than to find new ways to torment each other, Dylan is pulled deeper into the workings of a sinister mind. And the monster is watching.
