Dying for Murder
Autor Suzanne F Kingsmillen Limba Engleză Paperback – 3 iun 2014
Zoologist Cordi O'Callaghan thinks she's in for a relaxing birdsong study at a research station on Spaniel Island, off the coast of South Carolina. But, as usual, she can't escape the chaos that seems to follow her everywhere she goes. As a hurricane rages, trapping her and the rest of the researchers, the director of the station is found dead under troubling circumstances.
Unable to resist a mystery, Cordi sets out to investigate, and ends up getting a crash course on the life habits of bats, sea turtles, and rattlesnakes -- and a refresher on attempted murder. Too bad she doesn't see the surprising solution to the mystery before she nearly dies trying to solve it.

Recenzii
There's a slickly put together plot here that begins with what appears to be a sad case of bad luck. [...] Novel with a smart, three-legged cat can fail to find its audience, and Forever Dead has that and the promise of more to come. -- Margaret Cannon -- Globe and Mail, Aug 19, 2007 Nicely done, and Cordi uses her scientific knowledge well. -- Globe and Mail, Feb 26, 2010 The action is non-stop and the setting is incredible. The plot is complex with twists and turns that keep Cordi and the reader on their toes. -- Mystery Maven Canada, Jan 22, 2011 There's a slickly put together plot here that begins with what appears to be a sad case of bad luck.
