In the sequel to My Adventures in Cyberspace, Dominique DuBois, now living with lover Ben, attempts to escape the pain of her daughter Bluebell's problems by travelling to Chamonix with an alcoholic director and a grieving mother to make an ill-fated documentary about her missing daughter, all the while stalked by cyber-bullies on a rock climbing forum. Breaking under the pressure and almost lured into infidelity, by the time she returns, Dominique is broken, drowning in a sea of depression, for even at home she's tormented by an increasingly crazy neighbour.
