None are able to explain why or how they meet in their commonly shared dream, but they do have something in common; their age, the fact that they have all recently been 'downsized' from their jobs and they all went to the same building for a job interview that didn't take place. This was the same building where someone planted a bomb, maybe someone in their dream group.
