Wayne Davis is a private investigator in Amarillo, Texas. When he receives a call from a long ago high school friend, he is stunned that shortly after that call he is found dead in an isolated cabin on some land that he owned. What Wayne didn't know was that oil was discovered on this land, and may have been the reason for his death. Wayne, along with his partner Rhino, despite little evidence, sets out to find the killer.
