Julie's mom is an ambassador on the mysterious planet Norandia. Julie was looking forward to spending the summer with her mother, but her mother just tells her that now is not a good time, and not to come there. Julie can't stay away, but once she arrives on Norandia, she'll wish she had stayed on Earth.
