When Dodger finds out that there is a law that effects dogs just like him, a law which promotes predigest and judges dogs by their appearance, and takes no notice of their behaviour, Dodger is shocked, this motivates Dodger to teach everyone that he meets how unjust this horrible law BSL is. Children are the adults of the future, they can change this law and Dodger is setting out to explain this to all children, to make sure one day BSL is stopped
