DL in the City

"Yeah its time to really start dating though. I know you've been having a good time and all Cole, but I know you want to meet someone too." Cynthia reminded me.

It's all fun in the beginning, only what happens when your heart gets involved? What will you do when you realize you may have developed real feelings for him? Yet can it truly be love if he is DL?

DL in the City picks up right where The DL Diaries leaves off, Cole heartbroken and devastated with the outcome of his situation with Brownsville. It now has him questioning, was it worth it? Can I just forget all about it? Will I find someone?

"I believe in love just not that whole find the one, there's only one," Emmy said to us.

In the game of love you never know who may come your way or what it might put you through. Every relationship is different, while every man comes with some type of baggage, yet why does he have to be DL? Will Cole be able to defeat the cruse he has found himself under or will he continue to follow a path he is on?

To change the cycle you are in you may have to allow yourself to venture out of your comfort zone. You will never know what tomorrow will bring, it might just be what you have always been looking for.

"Don't be nervous Cole," Joss said. "He made the first move so chances are he's interested, plus it seems like he may be a little more open with his sexuality."

At times the game will change and you may never know if he is a man you can completely trust. Just because he tells you everything you want to hear and treats you as if you are his man, does that mean you are actually together?

Then when things get tough and reality sets back in will you find yourself alone?

"But you aren't Cole," Gina jumped in. "We are here for you, no matter what."

The DL Diaries series follows Cole and the many men he finds that choose to live on the down low. It could be some random guy or even the friend you have known for years. Either way will they all turn out to be just another chapter in Cole's journal, but remember not every story as an ending.....
