This book presents results of survey research that investigated causes of construction project disputes, as well as identifying potential strategies that could be implemented to decrease construction project disputes. The book presents major findings of the most frequent and most damaging problems occurring in construction projects. It also presents implications and offers recommendations for practice based on the findings.
