Notă biografică

Mark David Grant, Ph.D. (1988) in Greek, University of St.Andrews, is a Classics teacher at Haileybury College, Hertford. He researches into food and diet under the Roman empire, having published articles on this theme and a book comprising a translation with commentary of Anthimus On the Observance of Foods (Prospect, 1996).
