Notă biografică
Prof. Dr. Adriaan Bekman, geboren 1947, studierte Soziologie in Rotterdam und arbeitete von 1978 bis 2004 beim NPI (Institut für Organisationsentwicklung), das 1954 von Bernard Lievegoed gegründet wurde. 2005 wurde er selbst Gründer des IMO (Instituut voor mens en organisatieontwikkeling), das weltweit Unternehmen, Initiativen und Institute unterstützt. Er verfasste zahlreiche Bücher und ist u.a. Co-Autor von "Ethik des Anleitens", Urachhaus 2018.
