This cross-sectional study was conducted to find out the prevalence of micro and macro vascular complications in patients with Diabetic nephropathy.A total 390 patients of DN were included in this study irrespective of the stages of chronic kidney disease.70% of the patients were 50 or > 50 years old with mean age of the patients being 56 yearsThe study concludes that patients of diabetic nephropathy are more often associated with a number of micro and macro vascular complications and their frequency increases with the progression of the disease.
