relaxed Dex is intimidating. An unhinged Dex is truly terrifying. Dex, Aiko and her ninja soljers eliminated a pedo ring in the Catskills, but one man escaped. The most evil of all the perverts, the son of a multi-billionaire, he is protected by the French Sûreté Nationale and his unlimited wealth.
In Volume 3, Dex takes it on himself to seek justice and rid the world of this dirt bag. As the hunt evolves, Dex finds himself without support, greatly outnumbered but with no choice but to carry on. A young Basque girl and her father are about to be murdered. Knowing the odds are greatly against him, this former Marine attacks. Armed only with a 9mm and six extra magazines, he seeks to save the girl.
Shot to shit, kept alive by the young beauty, he escapes into the French Basque country in the Pyrénées-Alantiques region of southwest France. The Basque there live under threat of Franco's military crossing the border. They had sided with his enemy during the Spanish Civil War. Now Franco's paranoid obsession with punishing the Basque fuels his continuing persecution of them.
It takes all of Dex's unique skill and perseverance just to survive, plus the backing of some truly outrageous allies-Aiko and her ninjas, Father Framboise and his frightening Vietnamese orphans, and most deadly of all, his best friend Nuyen Vu.
Hunted by the French government, Interpol, and the F.B.I., Dex 'goes to ground' in remote, windswept Donegal.
From the Pyrenees to Paris, Donegal to Mystic, Dex dispenses his own form of justice. The story is alive with violence, romance, and history. A fun experience.
