Notă biografică

Katherine Smith Dedrick is the author of Deviant Agendas and Private Agendas, the first two books of The V-Files, a legal thriller series with strong female protagonists. As an attorney for more than thirty years, Katherine has litigated in US federal and state courts, and served on the management team of a national law firm. She has also consulted with attorneys in different countries, helping them navigate the aftermath of natural disasters for their clients. Katherine holds a law degree with high honors from IIT Chicago Kent and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to writing novels and practicing law, she has received the Business Insurance Women to Watch Award, the Women with Vision Award, and the Mercedes Mentor Award for her founding of a not for profit to mentor young women heading into their careers.
