Catja Klabbers is a practitioner in the field of strategy & organization development. She has worked at top management advisory firms and with client organizations across Europe and the Americas. She holds degrees in molecular sciences (Netherlands), business management (UK) and healthcare (USA). She is a Sloan Fellow of London Business School.
Jan H.G. Klabbers, Ph.D. (1972), has held research and professor positions in the Netherlands, Norway, and the US. He was a Harkness Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management, and President and long-term Secretary General of the International Simulation and Gaming Association (ISAGA). He has written and published extensively on the design and use of simulations and games, including his seminal work The Magic Circle: principles of gaming & simulation (2009).
