Roger Follansbee thinks he is helping to protect his country from corrupt senior managers. Management plans to license the company's new energy storage technology to a German firm, one whom federal operatives claim works regularly with unfriendly governments. With the help of a retired CIA operative, Roger discovers the government agent he reports to may not be what he claims.
